About the Platform
What is NoteVUE?
NoteVUE (notevue.ai) is a national K–12 teacher appreciation platform where students send anonymous, AI-assisted sticky notes to the teachers who shaped their lives. Teachers claim a public “I Love Me Wall” to read, organize, and share the recognition they receive. Schools compete on a national leaderboard ranked by note volume, creating a healthy culture of appreciation across districts.
The platform is free for students — no account, no sign-in, no data collected. Teachers claim their wall in 30 seconds with a one-click magic link. All note content is moderated by Anthropic’s Claude AI before publication, ensuring the platform remains safe and uplifting for every educator.
NoteVUE was built and launched at Largo High School in Prince George’s County, Maryland, and is Largo High’s entry in the Congressional App Challenge 2026.

Carlton A. James is a Talent Ready Early College Facilitator at Largo High School in Prince George’s County, Maryland. He conceived and built NoteVUE to give students a structured, technology-powered way to express gratitude to the educators around them — and to give teachers a permanent, shareable record of the impact they make.
James is the founder of 25 Alpha LLC, a Delaware-based educational technology company. He designed NoteVUE end-to-end: the product architecture, AI moderation pipeline, national data ingestion system (680,000+ teachers across 19 states), and the premium wall customization layer that monetizes the platform post-launch.
NoteVUE is 25 Alpha’s flagship product and Largo High School’s Congressional App Challenge 2026 entry. The platform launched on April 13, 2026 at Largo High School and went national during Teacher Appreciation Week, May 5–9, 2026.

NoteVUE is Largo High School’s official entry in the Congressional App Challenge 2026 — a nationwide competition run through the U.S. House of Representatives that recognizes high school students who build meaningful software for their communities. The platform serves Maryland’s 4th Congressional District (MD-4).
